If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days, we’ll send you a £1 discount code for your next purchase — just email us at hello@kuvi.co.uk.

Returns & Refunds

We currently accept returns only for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Returns for change of mind or sizing issues are not accepted at this time.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kuvi.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll either issue a refund or send a replacement — whichever is most suitable.
Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.
